Most people tell me my body looks like a 25-year-old young man and frankly, that’s how I feel and function. This year I plan to compete in a Fitness Contest with men of all ages. I also am a consistent, six day a week body builder with a lean, cut physique. I do four sets that include jump kicks…with the weights.Įach day starts with Martial Arts kicking-punching routine, boxing techniques, lots of stretching.
Put clearly, chronologically, I am a 79-year-old male that is much, much younger in the way I feel and function then what my so-called age describes in time.įor instance, I can sprint at the speed of12:30 seconds for100 meters and does Cossack kicking with dumbbells that weigh 40 pounds in each hand - without problems in my knees. To define myself in physical terms is to understand my lifestyle perspective on what I think defines aging and longevity.
